Policies

Deposit

All appointments require a valid credit card on file. In order to book and secure your appointment, there is a NON-refundable and NON-transferable deposit of:

  • Cosmetic Tattoos for Brows and Lips: $100

  • Minimalist Tattoos: $50

  • Brow Lamination: $20

  • Brow Lamination + Tint: $50

  • Brow Lightening Session (Initial Session): $50

This deposit is to ensure you are committed to your appointment and it will go towards your initial service fee. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.

* Please note that there are no refunds on your deposit under any circumstances, this include disagreement with the final quote/pricing of your desired tattoo design.

**Please consult with your artist first before booking to avoid a loss of your deposit if you'd like a quote for your design.

Late Policy

Please account for Seattle traffic and familiarize yourself with the location of the studio beforehand. We understand that sometimes, unplanned things happen on the road, so plan to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier. 

 

Please be on time to your appointment and let us know if you're going to be late. A late arrival that is more than 20 minutes without a phone call notification will be treated as a No-Show.

 

If we are unable to perform the procedure in the time remaining due to late arrival (even with notification), your appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and will be asked to reschedule.

Cancellation / Rescheduling / No-Show

Please notify us 48 hours before your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Your card will be charged 50% of the service fee for any cancellation or rescheduling that is less than 48 hours.

 

You may only reschedule once and it must be rescheduled within 24 hours of canceling. After 24 hours, you forfeit your deposit and must pay another deposit to rebook.

 

There are no exceptions for no-shows. Your card will be charged 100% of the service fee. Any appointment rescheduling/ cancellations must be made and confirmed by text or phone call.

As a small business, we need to enforce these policies to respect everyone's time. When you cancel/ reschedule/ no-show, that's a booking time slot that we can't fill at short notice.. So we hope that you understand why we need to put these policies in place.

General & Payment Policy

  • Due to health and sanitation reasons, pets and guests (including children) are not allowed in our studio. 

  • If you are feeling sick, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.

  • No outside food, please.

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

  • All sort of payments will be charged a state tax of 10.25%.

  • If you are paying with cash, please bring EXACT amount as change may not be available.

  • There are NO refunds for any of the procedure(s) performed.

  • Gratuity is not required, but highly appreciated! :)

Regarding Your New Cosmetic, Semi-Permanent Makeup Tattoo

  • All cosmetic, semi-permanent makeup procedures are considered a multiple-step process. Touch-ups will most likely be required to achieve your desired results. 

  • No guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain your desired results.

  • Our promise: we will give our best efforts to provide you with quality service and use only quality materials. 

    • However, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as everyone will heal differently.

    • Healed results can vary with each individuals. Factors can include: client's skin texture and color, client is following pre-care and post-care instructions, etc.

    • In order for your cosmetic, semi-permanent makeup to heal properly, please follow all pre-care and post-care instructions!
